"Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." Have you ever paused to consider the profound difference between a group of people merely sharing a workspace and a power-packed team, united in their goals? Imagine a symphony – each musician is phenomenal, but it's when they unite, reading from the same music sheet, that magic truly unfurls. A genuine team is not just about having many hands, heads, or hearts; it's about diverse individuals coming together, bound by a shared commitment, lighting the path for each other. It's not just about working together; it's about harmonizing, sharing, and elevating. You know that warm glow you feel when you're surrounded by those who've got your back? That's the magic of teamwork! When you are part of a vibrant team, it's like being cocooned in a protective sphere of positivity. Each person brings their unique flavor, creating a melting pot of ideas, strength, and support. The triumphs become sweet...
Tip Of The Day: Did you know the Power Plate helps you build denser bones and can help reduce the risk of falls and fractures? You just need to use it 20 minutes a day!
Here is how this works:
1. The Power Plate vibrates your body and engages the majority of your muscle fibers at one time. These vibrations also impact your bones in a very positive way.
-Multiple studies show how the power plate helps rebuild bone density.
-In one study people who used Power Plate increased their hip bone density by 1.5%, which is significant.
The people in the study also improved their posture, balance, muscle strength, and lean muscle mass.
The key finding in the study is that conventional weight training only slows bone loss, it doesn't reverse it.
==>Power Plate technology helps reverse bone loss in a much better way than simple weight training
Power Plate doesn't just improve your bones, it also improves your circulation, which is great for your heart, skin, and joint tissue.
Plus the Power Plate helps to stimulate your body to increase the production of testosterone and growth hormone.
In fact, an increase in growth hormone is directly linked in research to increased collagen production. This is why singer Stevie Nicks says "I think the Power Plate is the fountain of youth."
Most of us as we get older notice that our joints and back feel stiff when we wake up in the morning. Standing or sitting on the power plate for as little as 30 seconds can help jumpstart flexibility immediately.
According to Joel Fuhrman MD, the best way to maximize the bone-building potential of the power plate is by doing a series of gentle squats and another exercise for 20 minutes a day.
You start as slow as you like. Even sitting in a chair and just putting your feet on the Power Plate will help you feel good immediately.

THE MANY ROLES OF A WOMAN.
Mental Health Awareness Day 2023 but yesterday I didn’t really have the mental capacity to put a post together after an incredibly challenging week.
As a woman, we have many roles to play and this last week the role of daughter and sister have had to take priority as my mum became very unwell, very quickly.
Thankfully the good news started coming yesterday and it looks like we are firmly on the road to recovery, the mental relief is just so overwhelming and you are grateful to get some respite from the worry, however, the role quickly flips back to mum, employee and many more, there are no days off!
As women we are often complimented on keeping all those plates spinning, the endless multi-tasking and yes it’s what we do best it doesn’t mean it's easy!
Getting into that cold water this week with my sea family by my side has been vital this week, the emotional release you feel as you enter the water is just incredible. The best part is that anyone can do this and allowing myself that time to focus on my own health and give myself the mental capacity to deal with each day as it comes has proved to be the sanctuary I needed, it really is free therapy
